Trojan Discovery Day | April 10, 2026
Spend the day on campus exploring programs, meeting faculty, and experiencing student life at Everett Community College.
What you can expect:

Here is the full day packed agenda:
10 AM: Event Check In - Registrants will get their t-shirt and folder with printed agenda, pen, and note pad.
10:30 AM: Welcome Address - Attendees will hear a quick welcome from ASB president, followed by a rundown of the agenda and what to expect throughout the day.
11 AM: First Academic Session Begins - Volunteers will be leading groups to the area for the program session they wish to attend.
The Academic Session will involve faculty demonstration, an intro to any lab spaces, hands-on learning (if possible), and/or a presentation/overview about the program.
12 PM: Light refreshments available in the Walt Prince Fitness Center.
12:30 PM: Campus and Community Resource Fair – Located in the Walt Prince Fitness Center – A wide array of campus and community resources will be available for attendees to learn about, including Workforce Student Supports, Financial Aid, Advising, Counseling and Student Success, Student Housing, Clubs, and many more community resources.
1:00 PM: Second Academic Session Begins - Volunteers will be leading groups to the area for the program session they wish to attend.
The Academic Session will involve faculty demonstration, an intro to any lab spaces, hands on learning (if possible), and/or a presentation/overview about the program.
If attendees do not have a second area of interest, they can attend Campus and Community Resource Fair OR meet with the Outreach Team to talk about the college admission process.
2:00 PM: 1st Campus Tour Begins - Tours will leave at 30-minute increments until 4:00 PM for the last campus tour. A Student Housing tour is the last stop for all tour increments.
2:30 PM: 2nd Campus Tour
3:00 PM: 3rd Campus Tour
3:30 PM: 4th Campus Tour
4:00 PM: 5th Campus Tour (Final)
5:00 PM: The event officially concludes as the last campus tour will be finishing.

- What is this event about?
Trojan Discovery Day is an all-campus open house event at Everett Community College designed for prospective (future) students to explore programs, services, and student life. Guests choose two academic areas to experience through interactive breakout sessions with faculty, while also having opportunities to connect with campus resources, student organizations, admissions, financial aid, and housing. It’s a hands-on, welcoming day that helps attendees understand their options and what it’s like to be an EvCC student.
- What if I only want to sign up for one (1) Academic Breakout Session?
That is perfectly fine! You can select your top Academic Breakout Session and then, during the time set aside for the second Academic Breakout Session, you can explore our Student Resource Fair, take a Housing tour, attend an application workshop, and more!
